Two Year Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test-2025

• Candidates can apply online for  Two Year Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test-2025 on the Board website www.hpbose.org.
• Please ensure your eligibility as per the criteria laid down for Two Year Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test-2025 in the Prospectus uploaded on the Board Website.
• Candidate should enter his/her particulars i.e. Name, Father Name, Mother Name & Date of Birth as per his/her Secondary Education Board Class X Certificate.
• The age limit for all candidates of General Category and its sub-categories except Physically Handicapped Person and Children/Grand Children of Freedom Fighters is: Born between 29-05-1993 and 29-05-2008.
• Age limit for all Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, OBC's, Physically Handicapped Persons and Children/Grand Children of Freedom Fighters is: Born between 29-05-1988 and 29-05-2008.
• Please read the  instructions and proceed carefully before you start filling the online application form. Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as given in the Prospectus and on the Board website.
• Examination Fee is ₹ 900/- for General and its Sub-Categories (except PHH) and ₹ 600/- for OBC/ST/SC/PHH/EWS Categories. Candidate have to select Category/Sub Category carefully if it is found incorrect at the time of scrutiny/counselling for seat allotment, the candidate will be cancelled.
• Candidates can apply online on Board Website from 04-04-2025 to 26-04-2025 Till 11:59 PM (Without Late fee) and thereafter 27-04-2025 to 29-04-2025 Till 11:59 PM (With Late Fee ₹ 500).
• Applications received without the prescribed fee shall not be considered and will be summarily rejected.
• Candidates makes online correction in their particulars except categories & subcategories from 30-04- 2025 to 02-05- 2025 (Till 11:59 PM). For correction in categories & subcategories candidate submits offline application or through email id hpbosetet@gmail.com till 05-05-2025
• Written test for Two Year Diploma in Elementary Education Test-2025 will be held on 29-05-2025(11.00 AM To 1.00 PM) at designated centres.
• Candidate is allowed to submit only one Application Form. Multiple Applications of a candidate are liable to be rejected.
• Application Forms through fax/post shall not be entertained and Board does not take responsibility to inform such candidates.
• The applicants are strongly advised to apply online well in time without waiting for the last date of submission of online application.




• The board will not undertake detailed scrutiny of applications for eligibility and other aspects at the time of written examination and, therefore, the candidate is accepted only provisionally. The candidates are advised to go through the requirements of educational qualification, age etc. and satisfy themselves that they are eligible before applying. Copies of supporting documents will be sought only from those candidates who qualify for the D.El.Ed CET-2025 examination as per norms. At the time of scrutiny/counselling for seat allotment, if any claim in the application is not found substantiated, the candidature will be cancelled. The Government/Board/ Board constituted committee decision shall be final.

Four Simple Steps to Fill Online Application Form

• Step 1: Click on New Registration link and fill the Online Application Form. Candidates are advised to note down his/her system generated Application Number. The candidate should supply all the details while filling the online Application Form and no columns shall be kept vacant. After successful submission of the data, Application number will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining steps of the Application Form and also required for all future correspondence. For subsequent logins, candidate will be able to Sign In directly with his/her respective system generated Application Number and Date of Birth. This Application Number  and Date of Birth are required for subsequent operation(s); hence the candidate should keep a printout of the same with him for ready reference. Printout option for system generated Application No. is available on Website.
• Step 2: Candidate must upload his/her scanned images of Photograph and Signature. The scanned images of photograph, Signature should be in jpg/jpeg format only. Size of the photo image must be greater than 15 Kb and less than 20 Kb. Size of the signature image must be greater than 10 Kb and less than 15 Kb.
• Step 3: Candidate has to pay examination fee through online payment mode using Credit Card or Debit Card only.
• After Final Submission of the Online Application Form no further correction(s) will be allowed in the information provided in the Form.
