Instructions and Guidelines.
  • If your School is already affiliated with HPBoSE, you have to provide School Code to register online.
  • If your School is not affiliated with HPBoSE and if you want to apply online for the affiliation, you have to provide School Name and valid Email ID to register online. After successfully registration a temporary School Code will be allotted to you and the same alongwith Password will be sent to Email ID provided by you. Use the same temporary  School Code and Password to login into your account.
  • You must have to provide correct Email ID at the time of registration, this Email ID will be used for further communication. This Email ID will also be used in case you will forget your login password.
  • An Email with your login credentials and activation link will be sent to the Email ID provided by you. You have to activate your account (within 2 days of applying for registration) by clicking on activate link mentioned in the Email sent to you by Board.
  • Please do not provide any false information as doing so can make your account inactive permanently.
  • You may submit the application form in one go or may return at a later time to complete the same.
  • Please deposit the requisite fee as per affiliation regulation as mentioned in clause 16.12.1 through Online Payment Gateway(Debit/Credit Card,Netbanking/Wallet account) provided by the HpBose.
